And yes - doing outdoor stuff in Arizona requires starting EARLY unless its like November - February... but it's still a beautiful! That resort looked amazing too - might have to look into it as a potential Scottsdale getaway destination! Thanks for the great video!

My hubby and I live in South Scottsdale, and we are both natives of Phoenix, AZ. I We love being so close to all of the awesome places you guys visited! You gave us ideas on what to do for date night as well! Definitely going to try out the gelato tour! Fun fact: Camelback Mountain and the Phoenician Resort are actually within the City of Phoenix jurisdiction. Safe travels! 🏜🌵🌇☀️

Don't forget the Scottsdale Civic Center, AZ88, Scottsdale Center For The Performing Arts, The Waterfront in Old Town, Bario Queen, Olive & Ivy, Fashion Square Mall, Both Cholla and Echo Canyon trails on Camelback Mountain, Papago Park, South Mountain Park and Dobbins Peak and Dobbins Outlook (driveable), and miles of bike trails along the canals and green ways!
There’s so much to do!! It’s hard to cover it all😄

Scottsdale seems like a mini-LA in a desert from my understanding.. desert hiking seems under-welling.. I think I will stick to places with forest and real hiking with more elevation

My favorite hiking shoes are very simple and cheap. They are columbia brand shoes. I've had them for ~6 years, I believe they're the crestwood models.
