In this video, I looked for any piece of Fnaf merch that I wanted to buy, and I bought it.
We went to around 30 stores, including Hot Topic, Walmart, Showcase, Gamestop, Target, Boxlunch, Toy Vault, Most Excellent, Unsettled Geeks, Newbury Comics, and more!!

Jazware games has the fnaf license, with the key being 'toy'. I think most Funko products falls under 'collectibles' technically, like Youtooz, so they are probably not in that same category. However, it sounds like Funko may not be able to make action figures or plushes anymore though.
Alternatively, Funko may very well be losing the license when Jazzwares takes over in 2025 (along with other companies). But I believe the contract with the licensee agreement would haves stipulations, like statues (Funko POPs, Youtooz figurines), collectibles (cards, keychains, etc.), and other things like that wouldn't fall under the umbrella that Jazzwares is allowed to exclusively make.
I hope Funko still makes POPs, statues, and Mystery Minis though- along with Funko
I hope they keep there fnaf license in 2025. Because we know that they can’t make plushies or figures anymore, but they can make funko pops,mystery minis and more. So there might be 50/50 chance funko might keep there fnaf lincense in 2025 or not
