LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean - The Cannibal Escape Review! Throwback Thursday!

I've massively gotten into these retired Pirates of the Caribbean LEGO sets recently. My aim now is to collect every LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean set. The vast majority of these were released in 2011 to coincide with the fourth movie, On Stranger Tides. But this set, The Cannibal Escape (4182) is actually based on a scene from the second film, Dead Man's Chest. Let's take a closer look!

@@victorystarsaber7807 I don't see the issue personally. They have baddies that eat people in other sets. And I remember lots of cartoons having cannibals in them as a kid in some episodes. Heck, they even get a shout-out in Toy Story! ;-)

HAH this is actually a pretty fun playset. I wish I was able to pick up these sets when they came out... but I was well into my dark age.

This set is awesome! It’s a perfect play set based on two iconic scenes from the movie! I think the snake is supposed to represent when the other parts of the crew are racing Will and Gibbs cage, they end up scared of the snake and they end up dying because of it. I also love how they included the paprika! This is one of my favorite Pirates set! Awesome Review!
