Not going to lie - I don't watch The Voice on television, not from any country. But I can watch Blind Auditions ALL DAY EVERY DAY; it never gets old! The ones the bring goosebumps, elation, and tears continue to do so no matter how many times they come up in various compilations. For all it's latter-game flaws The Voice's audition premise is sweet perfection.
This is totally me. I have never ever seen any of these shows because I haven't seen TV 12 years ago. But I can watch auditions on UA-cam hours and hours!! 😅
They tried that years ago with the program Idol. World Idol was the name. It didn't make it past one season, after Norway (my country) beat Kelly Clarkson among others.
Who ever thought that a quirky little song sung by a puppet frog 48 years ago would still be so powerful today! The brilliance of Paul Williams, Kenneth Ascher and Jim Henson bringing to the world an amazing song so long ago, then for Malou for bringing us an absolutely heart wrenchingly beautiful and modern rendition! One of my favourites of last year! ❤ I hope Malou gets to record this and release it commercially…
No matter what the critics say about vocal talent shows, they cannot deny that The Voice, Idol, X-Factor, Got Talent and other shows have brought the world so many amazing artists who have become global superstars and who contestants in these later years are now emulating and building on! ❤

Kira from Norway has an impressive voice control. I can see how she beat my favorite Isak in the Finals: she seems to have a better range. However, her Blind Auditions number doesn't demonstrates any shades whereas Isak's phrasing in "Break My Heart Again" is flawless.
In Japan and Cambodia if I'm not wrong, only one chair turned and still that performer won the competition. Very interesting! Thanks for the video, happy New Year!
The ones that amaze me the most is when english is there second language and they nail a super popular english song almost as good if not better then the original
Wow! Cambodia! A last second turn to winning the Voice! Brilliant! And there were a few more one chair turns that won as well! Sri Lanka was one. He was quite good, but I didn't think a champion, but he must have worked hard, had good mentoring, and chose good songs. Japan was another. My favourite still has to be Huntley but you have to remember we have probably seen all the songs sung through the series of our "favourites" but the rest, most of them we are only seeing the blind audtions here for the first time. Norway and Germany were great too, but again, I watched the whole show for them too. I liked the Nigerian man too. Great voice. They were ALL good. We were spoilt for choice.
The guy with braids from usa was good as is the guy from brazil. Im not sure i would recognize any of the other voices singing different songs. However, the one voice, which is the name of the game, that i would recgnize singing anything was the lady from norway. There is something about her voice that is unique to me. Great voice
What an incredible amount of talent from all around the world. So many great voices in different styles. And yet, most of the idols that attract millions and sell millions of dollars are mediocre to say the least and worth much less than any of these contestants. Any thoughts?

There are so many great performances here. And although Alexandra from Romania didn't have the greatest voice, in my opinion, she did have the performance as it made me feel like I was at a concert.
The Hungarian rendition of Creep is very similar to Postmodern Jukebox with Haley Reinhart version. The singer tried to pull off some of the moves Haley did in her performance, some were OK, some not. But it was a great performance.

i do the same thing, the auditions do have a lot of autotune involved probably why so many are such beautiful listnens
