Character certificate mofa sy attested krwana h
Bahi kal biometrics dia hein dua krein hmara visa b lag jae.

For driving license they said visa is mandatory but for character certificate it’s not
Apni international license kha se bahnwaya tha? Because ya 3 to 4 hours main nai dy rahy ab can you tell us kha se bhanya tha apni.?
Manay Abbottabad sa bnwaya ha isb ka half an hour mn ban jata ha max b karlo to next day mil jata ha

Apka id card pa aik address isb ka hona chaye agar ha to F6 Police Facilitation centre chlay jao with licence and id card ban jayega
But ap agar KP wala international karwana chahty hn wo kpk sa e hoga
