Very cool bird, I've seen just a flash of these. Hear them all the time but seldom see one. Thanks for sharing your video.
Now the other red bird ,nest in a bush in front of my house. Every year, and others sing all day long. Our state bird. Can't wait for your next video my favorite, don't watch TV anymore nothing worth watching. 👍👍

I just saw my first summer tanager here in Texas. I was so excited to see it! I have a lot of painted buntings and cardinals as well. Right now the hummingbird migration has several dozen at my feeders at a time. Just love nature, and appreciate your informative videos!

Thank you! And that's awesome! I love seeing and hearing lots of hummingbirds all at once. So entertaining.

In all the years I have been carrying for wild birds I have never seen a
Scarlet Tanager so you can only imagine how I felt when one flew into my window breaking its neck
I know put tape or something on the window and I do in the winter but I never had a bird do that in the summer. BTW this happened in western Mass

These guys are so cool, I would love to see an immature male in his color transition.
