The entire piece of land is so barren. Not a single tree!! They shud have considered planting trees,shrubs to retain rain water and keep soil fertile naturally. Build small trenches to gather rain water, a crude version of rain water harvesting. Concerns for ecology or environment is least concern.
You don't need a MIT Degree or PE qualifications to do this job. Watching these amazing drillers one must remember a job well done at a fraction of cost.

And this old well driller told me the best place to drill is on a ant pile the water will be plentiful and taste good ants go where there is good water.

One of the problems they have is they just dig deep holes everywhere, some poor kid ends up in the hole, many holes are still clogged up with dead kids as nothing can be done for them.
