Great content. I beat this one like 3 or 4 months ago. I m an old player. I used mana the free unit from lost digital child serries. With these types of boss u can use the grasta banish or skill banish from mana to remove all its buff every turn and slowly bring it down. You are using the brute force way with OP unit but its fine tho. Both work out somehow... ❤❤❤ Cheers and keep it up. I m a fan now.

That was a nice finish by Suzette vs Quadoxin. Another way to do this is to banish the boss's debuffs on the turn where he's about to shutdown. Inverse Apotosis looks innocent, but it's not--it can cause you to fail the run. (I noticed this in my failed attempt, when A!Dewey was doing 0 damage with Execution). So you bring one of these 3 options, put them in Slot 1, and move your DPS (in your case, Sesta) from Slot 1 to Slot 2 (you will have to reapply buffs during the AF):
    1) Mana with Midnight Cendrillon
    2) Anyone with Banish grasta
    3) Any Chrono Cross unit with the Purify element
This gross worm also has 999 SPD, so believe it or not, NS Hozuki is situationally useful here, as Fox Fire Flash has a -80% SPD debuff. She needs the maxed manifest to get this effect. I successfully killed Quadoxin with NS Hozuki, NS Orleya, A!Dewey, NS Necoco, Serge w/Purify element, and A!Premaya.

Thanks! If I understand it right, once I finish the Regret quest chain, I can re-fight all of these bosses, so I'll play around with some of these ideas once I get to that point.

oh yea i did this long before stuff like SA Suzette existed, i used Mana / Midnight Cendrillon so much in this fight. the rotations, the timings, everything had to be just right. i have nightmares thinking about it.

    great content sir
quick question, do you play on steam or emulator?
if emulator, can you share what you used and the settings?
your game doesn't seem to lag like i do on bluestack

I use Bluestacks too! I use Bluestacks Pie64 (not Nougat 64, it would crash on N64). If you're not sure if you have Pie or Nougat, look at the top left of the Bluestacks window. You'll see a P64 or an N64 after your version number. Hopefully you'll see P64. If it matters, I have been using the 5.14.10.1007 version in the most recent videos, but I have used prior versions of Bluestacks 5 for others.
As for settings, under the "Performance" tab, I have it set up for 4 Cores, Extreme (12GB) memory, and High Performance. Under the "Display" tab, I'm at 240 DPI (medium). Under "Graphics" I have Open GL selected, Auto Interface Renderer, ASTC Textures set to software decoding, and I'm using my computer's dedicated GPU (a NVidia GTX 2080 Ti). For my Phone settings in Bluestacks, I am set to a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. My computer itself is pretty decent, I have 32GB of ram and a good CPU along with the GPU mentioned. Let me know if you need to know any other of my Bluestacks settings.

@@casualcronolv99 i've been using the android 11 version, that might be why i am lagging. i'll give the P64 version a try. thank you for the detailed reply.

@@casualcronolv99 it did get better results than the android 11 i was using, but still not as smooth as your videos.
      maybe its my cpu, 3600x
shouldn't be my ram or gpu, i have 16gb ram and a 2070s.

@@clonewar1525 The 3600x has a pretty decent clock speed, it's about the same as mine. I do have an Intel processor, not really sure if one is better than the other for Bluestacks. At least it did improve some, maybe tinker around with the settings more? I will say mine slows down a bit when I'm in Unigan and a couple of other places. Not severely, but there's a noticeable lag in Unigan.

What emulator is best to play Another Eden? And do you have to use a specific setting to play it?

    • @casualcronolv99

I don't know if any are "best" but I use Bluestacks 5 Pie 64. My settings are posted in clonewar's comments for this video.

    How you get so strong

    • @casualcronolv99
      @casualcronolv99  6 місяців тому

I believe it's mainly the grasta. I farmed PGAD and Antiquity Garulea and bought out the vendors there, and then farmed Omegapolis for upgrade ores. I believe those made the difference more than anything else.
