Never saw exams easy like this into the nursing program, exams are completely different. They make it hard as hard. Don’t ever think it is like this. You can earn an idea, but No exams look like it.
exactly, they are way harder. I don't even have to think to answer these questions. Nursing exams make you go into parts of your brain you didn't know existed.
Thanks 🙏🏾. Very educational but I think the question no. 30 should be checking the client IDENTIFICATION BAND because if the client is confused and disoriented, she might mention any name for an answer. In all, I remain very grateful for your efforts. Thanks.
Please review question number 7. That's the least as it's a form of constraints. Also, the question did not indicate any symptoms that would prompt elevating the side rails e.g seizure, agitation, etc.
Can someone explain question 27 to me please. Is there a conversion? I looked online and I found that 5 ml or 1 tsp is equal to 100 drops. I cannot figure out why the answer is 60 drops.
Nvm, i see now we never bend at the waist, so this cancels that question out. The last two make no sense to assist the patient. either way, i don't think we should lift the patient by the forearm
I'm confused about question 30 because the answer is "ask the client for their name"but I was taught to look at their identification band as some patients won't be able to tell you their name
The best way to get ID is to have the patient tell you their names. You can double check the wristband. During trainings in many hospitals I have had, it's always to ask the patient.
@@clthomas8775 it's a shitty question imo, both could apply but when I think of clear and light focusing in eye I think lens before retina but both perform those

I was away from a decade and this is helpful for my fundamental nursing. Thanks
Question # 30> I saw this question in some test taking practice and the answer is Check the patient identification band.
@Peter Leonard yes by Gods Grace..
Yes I was questioning that one
My exam wont be easy like this
Are you doing the RN or LPN program?
@@jaymorgan. RN
@@BrownskinbambiRN Oh, ok. I take it this type of exam format is for the LPN program not RN.

Never
I wish my exams were this easy 😩

All side rails, thats wrong right
Agreed.
Unless the nurse have an emergency prescription from the Doctor for full restraints.
This question shows something being done to the patient. The others show something being done to the room.
It asked for the safety of a 1st time hospitalized patient..vague question but they were looking for safety🤷🏿
Thank you! I just took this exam and got exactly 5 mistakes. 45/50 I really like how the answer is given after the question :)
Which exam was it please?, was it hesi?
What exam was this?
She’s cap 🧢 that’s why she never replied 👎
I was talking about the actual practice quiz on this video lol.. Not HESI. It wasn't "cap" but thanks
Did you guys not watch the video? It has 50 items

I understand you.
Can someone explain question 27 to me please. Is there a conversion? I looked online and I found that 5 ml or 1 tsp is equal to 100 drops. I cannot figure out why the answer is 60 drops.
THANK YOU, That question is blatantly wrong. It was driving me bananas.
I believe it's incorrect as well..1tsp=100 gtts🤷🏿
@@clthomas8775it’s medical drops, not just drops.
i wish there was explainations with the answers
Thank you so much for the new learning 45/50❤️❤️

May ask what book are these questions coming from?
No cap I contacted Dr David after been tutored and help I got an 86 on my Hesi exit exam. I now look forward to my carrier.
I will recommend anyone else here to work with him on his Whatsapp number
Where are these questions from?
why question 5 the answer is not rectally ? it is the most accurate to my understanding!
Do u have questions and answers for first year exam
B😊
Can someone explain # 4 ? Why would we lift the pt by the forearm? Cant we injure the patient this way?
Nvm, i see now we never bend at the waist, so this cancels that question out. The last two make no sense to assist the patient. either way, i don't think we should lift the patient by the forearm
Exams are completely different than this videos
I'm confused about question 30 because the answer is "ask the client for their name"but I was taught to look at their identification band as some patients won't be able to tell you their name
Depending on what setting, because some places don't have I.d. bans or the patient may have removed it🤷🏿
@@clthomas8775 but wouldn’t that still be wrong if you have a dementia patient they may not be able to tell you their name. Idk 🤷🏽♀️

Secretary's have printed wring name bands with same last name. Allt of room for error
Question 39. Has typo. Avoid “fanning” soiled linens
40
I got only one answer right.
where ഈസ് ദി rational ? These are silly questions not nclex!
Q.16 answer is wrong.tgats an. is self perception.am i correct
#7 is incorrect as well. Leaving the side rails up is a type of restraint and would be considered false imprisonment
I came here to say this.
only all 4 side rails up is considered false imprisonment. The top rails need to be up for safety
where is the rational? In n flex that is important

15 is wrong. The current answer is lens
It's a tricky question, but the answer they were looking for is cornea
@@clthomas8775 it's a shitty question imo, both could apply but when I think of clear and light focusing in eye I think lens before retina but both perform those
I was also shock coz I already encountered that question last night and lens was the answer.
