most VR46 fans says 2004 was very difficult year for Valentino Rossi. when he's predicted would be scratch from zero again after his decision to move from Honda to Yamaha but he's there against all odds. such extraordinary performance by Vale and his team especially Jeremy Burgess, the one that VR trust to handle his bike. what a year with 10 winning 🏆
@@guiwonsik Look at how Martin Acosta or Marquez rides today...swinging out of the bike with his shoulder on the asphalt...today riders like Norik Abe or Sete Gibernau wouldn't stand a chance...even Rossi later said it was hard for him to get used to this style and he had a big problem with it later in his career...

More speed you get in corner with this 2004 bike, than you'l crash. So, impossible to ride this 2004 bike with current 2024 riding style.
Rossi was such a monster. All clean overtakes , no touches , pure art. 2004 is by far his best season, the best version ever of valentino. 1 yamaha vs a army of hondas. The other honda riders only overpass him in the main straight
Rossi is, without question, the greatest motorcycle driver ever. A bold statement, but you have to realize that he was beating absolute legends on bikes much faster. He was toying with the competition. He was untouchable on a bad day.

I was there at Mugello on the main straight. When we saw the green Kawasaki flipping
Rossi had the worst bike between those and still won. On the straights, Ducatis and Hondas were way faster than him
