Fishing Kapiti Island, Winter Dive

Winter dive out Kapiti Island in the middle of June. It was a real flat and calm day although the visibility wasn't the best. Went out with the brothers Brad and Dex. Was a real great day! 1st time driving the boat!!!
Got onto a few butters and were chasing the Kahawai for a bit which was a good buzz! Smoked the Butterfish cheeks but dropped them in the fire three times! haha! I was raging to say the least. Still tasted really good so can't complain too much.
