Loving those drums, lovely and crunchy and awesome programming. Are you using any sort of external distortion or is this just from the samples? Or done inside digitakt? You should make a video on how you made that beat ;-)
Thanks! In this case it's all coming from the digitakt II. Most channels have their drive at around 30-50%, and the master overdrive is probably at around 25%. The compressor helps push the overall sound quite a bit, and the master overdrive (I think) is post compressor, so it cooks the whole mix quite a bit. I'll consider doing a walk-through video!
