my taor is rage blade 3x def. with cr and hp subs. But in the end the sets don't really matter. stats do. so you want him tanky, acc and then you can choose if you want to get CR/CD as well or not.

yes to both ariel is good pvp woosa is better spires etc. But both do well in rta.

you can craft them, as i dont think they drop anywhere. but I could be wrong with that.

bastet is very good overall, the other two are more pvp focused. So therefore i'd say bastet

nope, outfits only stay on the 1 summoner :(
