    I'd like to add, if I may, to Nishi method of staying healthy. It's about two identical twin in Japan. As they were identical twin, they lived under the same condition in terms of environment. And yet one was healthy but the other was found to be a terminal cancer patient.
    Why?
    Scientists discovered recently that all illnesses happened on 23 pairs of chromosome in the nucleus of cells.
    Dementia, for instance, occurred on the 1st chromosome when the light of gene is switched off. The healthy twin's gene remained turned on whereas the other twin's gene turned off. The healthy one had been positive in his lifestyle as opposed to his brother who was negative on everything. The state of mind, it had been found out, will have a great influence on the physical body. Scientists had completed a genome map that shows which illness on which chromosome. And also they have the assumption that the mechanism of turning on and off is being done by the intervention of the Holy Ghost.
