I can highly recommend this kit! I love cute kits with flowers and this one is very beautiful! It was easy enough but I can't call it the easiest one. It's size isn't big or small, all the interesting details are not so tiny and not very big, so you can make all really easy and quick! If you are looking for your very first DIY dollhouse kit, then any "Corner of Happiness" will be great choice. Unfortunately these kits don't come with pre-cut paper pieces and stickers, but they are the cheapest of cute kits that can easily be made in a weekend. I bought from the one I bought before, but if you search you can find a better price. These houses will soon drop in price, now they are not very cheap because these are new models, but very soon they will be x2 cheaper, like others from this collection. I recommend making these kits before you start large kits, so you won’t get bored and you’ll definitely finish your kit completely. Here you can find a very good tutorial book.
I didn’t make a cardboard battery holder, I think it’s not necessary at all and it’s much more convenient , so you can just glue the batterie box to the wooden floor. If you bend the cardboard holder slightly incorrectly, the corner on one side will rise up (I had this happen and had to correct it).
To make the plants and flowers look beautifully realistic and stick well, I glued them with some dry grass (which was already in this kit). It looks really good and the glue sticks better to this grass than just plastic. You can chop up dry green plants, they will look just like natural grass and, on my opinion, it will be much more realistic. Just crumble this dry green plants into small pieces with your fingers, then apply glue to strew this tiny green plants on top, wait a little and shake off everything that was not stick. I glued these plants with fast action super glue.
About glue:
1. I glued dry plants with fast action "Adhesive MOMENT GEL by Henkel" (or Patex, they have it too). This glue bonds very quickly and it's very strong. If you'll can't find same glue you can use any fast super glue in a small long tube that looks alike
2. I glue everything else with B-7000. I'm very happy with this glue, it's slow-acting, after you glue 2 parts together you have to wait, it's 100% transparent, invisible and holds great and it's great for gluing anything that looks like glass. Before this, I tried many different ones but B-7000 glue is much better (T-7000, T-8000 are very good too).
3. If you can't find B-7000 or similar, I recommend you to glue all the paper parts with the slow-acting "MOMENT CRYSTAL transparent glue by Henkel" (or Patex). I used it before I found B-7000 and the result was great. I still use it for paper craft projects because it's much cheaper than B-7000, I had left over and it can be found at the nearest local store. It's perfect for paper and textile because it's almost invisible and has a rubber texture.
4. I covered the dry plants on top with UV resin because I really don’t like cleaning up after these trees and bushes fall off during play, so I can be sure that nothing will fall off and all the leaves and flowers as they are. I use Hard UV resin "QIAO QIAO DIY" - clear acrylic resin that gets cured under UV or direct sunlight. Or I use UV gel nail polish. But please note that it must not be sticky "Soak-off" top. And if I have glue somewhere where it shouldn't be, I paint it on top with UV resin or nail polish because it's better to have a glossy glass or water effect than just a white patch of glue).

I especially liked in fact how you did the grass on the pavement and removed what was not glued, looks so real..You have talent so what's better to do your way then the instructions.
