Thank you for such a concise, yet astonishingly in depth, explanation of GFP and all it does.....and with witty humor: "any cellular change would be reflected, no pun intended." Pure nerdy comedy gold. Lol
Hi, I was just wondering if you could tell me where you found the animation that shows the maturation of the enhanced green fluorescent protein, cause I'm doing a biochem presentation on GFP and I thought that this clip of animation would really help. Thank you.
Hello, I was wondering if I could have your email (not to be creepy) to discuss more on Green Fluorescent Proteins as my friend and I are trying to conduct a science fair project on this particular topic, but it is not in our current class curriculum and you seem to know A LOT about it. I would really like to talk in depth with you because, frankly, me researching (or trying to research) academic articles necessary for the science fair isn't making doing it nor am I learning anything new. Thank you!
Hey! I don't actually know that much haha - the wikipedia page is a good place to start (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Green_fluorescent_protein), and then you can use the references at the bottom of the article to find even more info. Good luck!
This is the best explanation I've ever heard. And in only 5 minutes!?! Perfection :)
Thanks for explaining this great piece of knowledge in such a simple way
Slow it down to .75x
Great Job! I wish my M.S. Advanced Biochem class gave us a project like this.
thanks a lot. I'm a Genetics honors student from the university of Cape town. i have to write a general essay on GFP's. now i know where to start.

Stop talking so fast. Are you reading your text?
I made it for a class and there was a time limit!
OK. No worries. Sorry. For my son I had to DL and play at 0.9x and explain each point slowly.
