(The last three are based off Kaleidoscope) Will post more. Also, fun fact about Yellowstone; Half the world's hydrothermal features are found in Yellowstone!

His eyes are so bright and beautifully silvery, and I think Kallie was really drawn to them. His fur has shades of ashy gray, but like you said she wants to put that part of her life with the fire behind her. So I think Sirius would fit him, because his eyes shine like stars✨🐺

|Moose or bear (Strong and protective like the sulfur mate) Beaver (cause they are unstoppable) Grizzly (Because he has an appetite for bears)
|Star, Sky, Galaxy, Asteroid and Meteor (meteoroid, meteorite). I also think a name of a constellation or astrological sign or birthstone would be a cool tribute to the all mighty sky stone.

What if her mate didn’t actually die and her “past” mate was actually is sulfur and his fur was Stained with ash and sulfur from the forest fire. But Kaleidoscope thought he was and left and when sulfur got out from a fallen burned tree and Shook the ash off he decided he had to find his beloved mate even if he found out she was dead or he had to Search for her for years and he died before he could find her his soul would never know he died and still be looking for his love.
(How many years ago that was) later
Not only was he not dead but he had finally found his love again after so long seeing her in front of him. He had fallen in love with her all over again even though she didn’t realize nor did she remember him he was finally happy to have her back by his side again and he didn’t care that he had to do the Courtship with her again he was just happy to be with her again
