Just here to acknowledge the quality of training on this channel. In May of this year, I was clueless about VOIP and had just come across 3CX and FreePBX. I had a small job to deploy VOIP for a small hospital here in Nigeria and ended up just getting 3CX to work. Stumbled on this channel in July and diligently watched the v14 videos. Early August I came across an opening for US-Remote FreePBX Technical Support and applied purely based on the knowledge I gained from this channel. Glad to say I got the role and my supervisor was very impressed with my knowledge of IVR design and implementation. And I wasn't doing anything innovative. Just replicated what Chris had shown on his channel. Thank you very much for the content you share. I have shared your channel with two other people who will be interviewing for a similar opening
Wonder if the holiday-based condition can somehow be integrated into an Exchange or Google calendar... probably not helpful in the specific case above, but I can see it being useful to add something to a shared calendar, and have the phone system automatically adjust for it.

I built so many IVR's when I was working for my last employer. I enjoyed the thought process behind it all.

Do you know of any simple tool for building the design, what do you use?
A drag and drop solution would be nice if there are any?
Do you know if there is any IVR reports that can show options selected ?
