Rosemary is easily the better of the two starting monsters. Sure, she's harder to use, but I have literally never died to a Vapor after my first week. Even in Double Trouble, as I either die to the other monster, or not at all. Plenty of Rosemary's manage to kill me, but no Vapors Edit: Also, for surviving Fogborn, don't sprint unless he's actively chasing you or you know he's chasing someone else. If he is chasing you and you hear him thunder warp *STOP SPRINTING*. He doesn't regain stamina while warping, and the delay after exiting his warp gives you time to get away. Even if the Fogborn has full stamina, he cannot catch you without taking a shorter path. A if you manage your stamina correctly, a fogborn can only kill you if they use Foggy Stare, so, you know, don't look at them. Fogborn may be quiet, but his footsteps are loud enough to give you time to run away
I want to follow up on this with two things. First: I have died to a Vapor twice ssince. Once was a double trouble exe trap, and the other was because I was cornered. Both instances were my fault to some extent though, so I feel it proves how bad Vapor seems to me Second: Running from Fogborn after a warp is reliant on your reactions, and some people don't have good reactions. I believe you can hear sounds like rumbling clouds when Fogborn is warping near you, so you can try to start running in reaction to that, but be careful because if the Fogborn doesn't warp in, you're just wasting stamina
Umm actually if you run away from a vapor and your far save stamina then run when the vapor gets close then you get stamina back then the vapor have no stamina vapor i say he is mid
@@ZenosAwfulThat hardly matters. Given how loud Vapor is, it's easy to tell whether he's chasing you, and if he's conserving stamina to teleport, then I can just, you know, also stop sprinting. There's no point in sprinting away from a Spider Skull since they're faster than a survivor anyway
This game actually looks fun

vapor can also conserve stamina by using his spiders to hit you and then teleport to you btw.
