Problem answered: see comments - Problem with the loading of Bet365 webpage - help needed

As you can see on the video, my Bet365 webpage wont load the content.
I have tried several browsers (Chrome and EDGE) clear cache and cookies, reset my wifi router, but still no solution. I think it could be something with the settings in my router that i could change but i'm not sure, or how to do it...any help?
I tried both bet365.dk and bet365.com

for me it opens twice a day
soo i never close tabs

Got a solution. My internet provider gave me for free for testing, a fixed IP adress. That helped with the problem. But they told me that it looks like bet365 hasnt updated the IP adresses they get from my provider and therefore the problem. When i access through my telephone and my phones IP adress there's no problem.

Something about my internet provider was to send out new ip adresses or something like that. The Internet provider was the source of the problem
