My uncle has a BMW R25/2 in full working order and uses it on a daily basis. He has been looking for a sidecar and I promised I would help him but have no idea where to start. A Steib LS200 seams like what he needs but I would like to take it a step further and either surprise him with it or have his bike restored professionally too. Any idea who could help me with this? It's not at all perfect: several parts are not original, although you can buy them 'new' still nowadays... The brake lever !!! The rubbers on the frontfork (please don't tell me the're Japanese !!!)..... Front mudgard is not the type it should be. Oh, and that modern Japanese airfilter, please, please throw it away !!!
And the modern key on the headlamp !!!
