One odd thing I noticed is that Serral always seems to be scouting his opponents with overseers throughout the entire game while other players do not seem to value the consistent scout as much. Maybe other pros can likely infer what is going on and/or might believe that the transition they cannot see is unlikely to change their mid-late game strategy.
It’s not about valuing. It’s about affording that spare apm or not
@@jkkim6928 I dont think so, its about ressource management, in this case the ressource "focus". Serral isnt the fastest player, Reynor is faster. But Serral still values his scouting higher, than other actions he could take instead. Thats basically what you would call "opportunity costs".

Hero's sim city wall was hilarious. I'll let lings in, but I'll make it take more time for them to rally in.
Is there a reason why pro-gamers don't wall off the edge of the map terrain? Naturally, use the maps edge terrain as a wall alongside their gateway?
For example. When you build a gateway, move it to the utmost edge where no units can get through.
Now , depending on the map, you move 1 square up, left, or right so a unit can get through and build the gateway.
Then, you can complete your wall with your typical 2 gate core. It works like a charm no matter what map it is.
Pause at 1:31. The gateway is at the edge of the terrain, so no units can get through, but if you move 1 square up and build, you now have an opening where the unit can get through. Then, complete the wall off with 1 more gate and core.
What do you mean pros don't wall off at the edge? They do it all the time, Lowko explained why herO did it that way.
@hivetech4903 go to 1:31 and pause or load the game and try it.
The gateway is on the edge of the terrain. No units can get through that area it's blocked off just like sc1 broodwar.
But if you move the gateway up 1 square on the grid and warp, then you have the wall off occurring between terrain and gateway VS a typical wall off of two structures (gateway ,cyborcore).
So units gets through the wall off via gateway and terrain VS units getting through the wall off between 2 structures (gateway/cybor core).
Reynor needs to pay more attention to his creep spread, it's really lackluster on the ghost river match.

Serral is both admired and resented equally by all players. Protoss and terrans resent him for beating them. Zerg resent him because his ever superior tactics makes Bliz over-nerf zerg.
Lowko doesnt realize the genius behind herO’s last build. Knowing that the only real counter to glaive adepts is roaches, with a probable push being forced from the units made by thr zerg. Immortals simply destroys those roaches that raynor can accord to produce and sets herO up for a strong push.

Didn't Hero use the resources from cancelling glaves to go up to 4 gates and switch to a prism? It seems like he switched idea from going for a large glaved adept attack to a hit squad of glaved adepts to force the roaches so the two robo immortal stalker will annihilate the roaches when they come across and then be able to push for the win.
Ok Lowko, random morning dumb idea: Have whoever screens matches for you write SC2 poetry about the series they recommend. If you cast it, you close out the episode by reading the poem. The cringe will be incredible!
Ultra need buff. Make them almost u kill able from small dmg dealer like marines and zerg Ling. But more vulnerable to high dps like tanks and Disruptors.make them almost u kill able by light units. Marines killing ultra is so sad

I think the immortal recall was bait to get Reynor to think that the 3rd was not defended and then the recall was for the adepts.
I wonder I he purposely hid the immortals and recalled them as an sneak attack defensively

No doors, yet they have 3 different buildings that have GATE in the name. So next patch - Protoss units can walk through Gateways :) But not warpgates or stargates, to force one warpgate be transformed back to gateway to work as door when fully walling a path :)
I don't really play star craft but I think the point of Hero's walloff was to cause more travel distance for the enemy.
the wall was good i would say from hero. giving a good space to spread out stalkers while defending

Oracle need buff for sure. For such a expensive unit. They r weak they need more survivability. 150/150.its basically half cost of a mothership. It's too expensive and weak.
They're not army units lol, you're not supposed to move command them over things that can hit them and watch them die.

@@Jimmyni-kk4em I did answer your question - they're not army units, they're spellcasters 😂And they are priced comparable to many other spellcasters. They also have 160 health which makes them tougher than most casters.... so not sure what you're talking about.
