Will do. I love racing. I'm about 10 miles from Pocono raceway. They have a dope road course inside the tricky triangle 🔺️. I have had my WRX out there in SCCA autocross. So fun.
I've done track days at Willow Springs and at Auto Club Speedway and have had a blast! However, where I go it's just regular dudes of varying skill and our street cars doing "point by" passing. Thanks for the cockpit tour. I will follow your exploits in Sonoma.
I forgot to comment on yesterday's video but I was going to say, you need to find a place to mount your Max so you can follow the car during passes but I see your way ahead of me. Love those shots. More of that please
@6:05 you did it in this video. I suggested to you while your live stream. about explaining all those buttons do. I believe you can make a quick short of that too. thanks and i hope that leads to more watch time and views! And, don't worry about your van situation. you will pull thru!!
What an outstanding review of what happens in the cockpit. @1:40 the pit crew is removing some dumbbell weights from the driver side, why was this? Can you 4-wheel drift these cars. Do you need to heal-toe to match revs on downshifting or does the engine management system do it for you. I don't envy the guys that have to drive that rig to Sonoma. Keep the stoke coming. 🏁
thanks peter. when the car is aligned/setup, we add weight in the driver seat to mimic having the driver in there so it is setup with the most accurate situation (fuel, driver weight etc). and im sure you could 4 wheel drift them but thats not typically the fast way around the circuit. and the engine automatically rev matches now. most current racecars do that.
Wow, loved the car tour, Do you use a clutch when shifting up/down [like how you have the paddles on the steering wheel] and if so is that done by foot or....? Thanks for sharing.
I knew guys that would make their own DRINK buttons by re-routing the windshield washer hose through the fire wall and into the glove box. Of course it wasn't filled with water...
follow along the 2023 season with the schedule below:

I followed for the skiing content, but this just adds to how great your content is!! Keep it up bro!
thank you!
Also you need this claw grabber that attaches to the bottom of the helmet. Amazon it. Itchy boots used to use it

the max ended up being really cool. gonna try to use that more
A side mount on your head would make some incredible footage. I loved the head cam footage. It was raw af and the image was so clear. Nice work 🤟🏻👍
oh yeah good idea man!

These are pretty cool, sorry you got stuck up here in Montana with us for the cold snap. Some of the gnarliest cold I've felt here in a few years.
yea that cold weather wreaked havoc on the van
Yo dude very very cool...I'll be waiting for Sonoma. It's got to be a relief getting the first thing of the year over successfully.
yeah for sure. first event is always the most important to set the tone
Sorry to miss this premier. Will definitely catch it later today.
no worries jeff!
Thanks for showing the car. Our dealer is now a Motorsport dealer. Looking to get serious.
Zoom zoom 🏎️🏎️don’t forget to scrub your tires ! 👀
yea gotta get heat in them!
Great video. Really enjoyed it
thanks man
Chilling intro
did you... drive a race car with a go pro strapped on top blocking half ur vision like you were skiing...? also the 360 dash footage looks nice.
i *tried* to at least haha
Wow, loved the car tour, Do you use a clutch when shifting up/down [like how you have the paddles on the steering wheel] and if so is that done by foot or....? Thanks for sharing.
thanks susan! there isnt a clutch in this car.
Do you race in TCR under IMSA or a different class under something else?
We race in TCX under SRO. Similar to TCR in IMSA but sprint race format.
Best piece of advice came from Tyler: “keep it out of the wall”.
ha yeah thats always the challenge!
🏁 🏁 🏁 Awesome! Keep at it guys! 🏁 🏁 🏁
thanks brad!
Hey Lucas love the channel! Quick question - do you like racing or skiing better???
racing for sure
It was really interesting to me the similarities and differences to the road car compared to the race car.
for sure. theres a lot of similarities.
really like the racing vlogs
i appreciate that dude
great perspective....keep Joe in the rear view mirror!
he'll be there!
How the heck does one get into this?! This would be amazing.
I didn't know Joe raced too. That's pretty cool.
yeah weve always raced together.
so weird because i am probably going to be commenting on your ski video from today also.. crazy..
nice

Nice try on the helmet cam. That thing looked sorta sketchy in front of ur face homie. Did I hear papa Joe's voice in the last video?
yeah it was sketchy for sure. and yeah papa joe was here as well.
Does 'yewwww' apply to racing as well? I say yes
for sure man!
You need stoke squad on your helmet
that would be cool
Are you sponsered?
