So, funny little thing is, if you have the HGCE Aile Strike Gundam, you don't actually really need to use the hole on the Perfect Striker because it's already strong enough to hold it, pretty much all of the pieces are fully compatible with that kit, and thanks to the way the arms are designed on the High Grade, you can actually get some more posability with both Sword and Launcher. What I'm saying is that the HGCE kits are still the better option just for stability alone, and if you don't think so, remember the elbows on the EG are C-clips and those things are not gonna last too long if they have stuff on them. I know that because my RX-78-2 is already loose on the arm with the shield.
I bought the limited edition Red EG RX 78 2 around 2021. Its the christmas edition with the round box and some snacks inside. I've been playing with it since 2021 and its still not loose. Maybe I got a good batch 🤔
And like most people have stated now people have an easier way to get all of the striker packs for their strike gundams. Hell the best part about this is you can even use these for other model kits which means you can go completely buck wild with any combination of things you can do with these if you have the right amount of imagination. It's definitely well worth trying to get both of these sets and see what you can do with them.
ohh, so its facing joint issues, i guess its the material used playing a part i did have old HG thats already flimsy as heck but time will tell if the recent HGs already solved the loosening joints overtime

It seems like the new kit has some of the stuff from the old kit but updated to be more colour accurate. The old kit kit didn’t have the bazooka or grand slam that came with the new aile striker pack option set.
Entry grade kits are really amazing. I got mine around 2021 and till now it still looks great and not loose. I have some 30 minute kits now and so far their doing good. Maybe I'm just lucky with kits that have c clips hahah. I never had problems with loose parts and to think I actually prepared for it if it ever happen but it never happened to me haha.

all i can say is, i did bought option part set 1 and 2, i managed to get these 3 types of strike gundam weapon parts put it together become perfect strike gundam, and is not the entry grade but the HGCE, put it very firmly on the back of the strike gundam but the launcher part over there are kind a go to loose and fall very easily

Unfortunate that they didn't mirror the parts... missed the Dragon Momoko kits that you can use 2x Launchers or 2x Swords for some alternative configurations.
I have a question. I bought the normal Strike Enry Grade which is just the shield and the rifle. If I buy the HG of the Perfect Striker, can I give it the shoulder pads and do the same as here and change the mode? the seed one not the gundam breaker
The only issue I have is that the Sword Striker's shoulder flap is a solid piece so it lowers the outward articulation of the arm as it bumps into the rocket anchor
Since you didn't have the HGCE Strike for compatibility, you could have used the HGCE Strike Dagger to show that the parts were usable on the Dagger style kits as well.
He did have the HGCE Strike a few years back. But I bet it took him major time to and couldn't find it since his Gunpla storage is pretty much a distorted mess.

this weapon set + the aile pack feels weird like a lot of it is bassically just the old weapons (down to the articulation on the shoulder armor for both the launcher and sword or the massive seamline and the gatling nub mark) but made with today's standard genuinely i hope you make a comparaison between it and the old perfect strike to just see the differences outside of the colour accuracy

Yes, it is compatible with the HGCE Strike. But however, you need the Aile Striker pack from the Option Parts set as the Aile Striker pack from the HGCE line ain't compatible with the Option Part set of the Sword and Launcher equipment.

that hg perfect strike also uses a ton of stickers in addition to being for a very old strike plus the aile strike from the option set line comes with the g4qnd slam, bazooka, and some rifle thqt isnt in that one
build quality wise its pretty horrible with all those stickers and the strike gundam itself has many issues with its color but unless u get some discounts, the old hg is cheaper while includes the most essensial part for a perfect strike

you technically can make *zwei sword strike gundam* equipping the anchor and sword shoulder to the right arms but you can't have the twins sword equipped to the backpack sadly but you can still hold them in the hands 😃

You need to use Option Set 1's Aile Striker instead of the one included in the HGCE Strike if you want a Perfect Strike but otherwise it works.

Back then I made the Perfect Strike Rouge using the HG Perfect Strike , it went well, took some pictures until the waist gave up. But still good!

You have to remove the transparent parts from the shoulders, but otherwise it should work

That kit is based on the original HGGS Strike from 2002. These option sets are for the EG and HGCE Strike.

This is effectively the HGCE version; something Bandai never made. Personally I'm fine with the MG RM Ver.
