I got the Estate using the Gamepass. I was at the Three Story House with the Backyard and Basement. I completely skipped the Mansion and went to the Estate.
I acutally made a block by block recreation of this estate I finished the outside, party area and surprisingly even the garden and a bit of the rooms until I got banned because I used to abuse scripts and because autofarm was patched I got all of that legit and it remains to this day my biggest regret on roblox so now the only way I can revisit it is watching this video :)
Kenneth Howard you can keep upgrading your house using Moneyz. It costs 600,000 Moneyz. The problem is that I did pay 4,200 Robux when I played this game for the first time. I realised it sometime later

Go to library download the maker open roblox studio and open plugin and now click on any decal under 200x120 from toolbox and export btw add frames on the bottom and add captions on the side
