First part is a snoop dogg diss
8:45 it was NF’s “When I grow up”. 13:12- 13:54was a Marvel reference, and there’s a gap between, Marvel and DC, when Eminem said MC Hammers, it’s referencing to Thors hammers. Then when he said “sent your task force in” he mentions DC movie the “Suicide Squad” might be a stretch. But the original name for Suicide Squad is “Task Force X”. Now this is my favorite one to say at most. In 15:32 we hear a flow that Eminem uses that sounds familiar to NF’s “Paid my dues” in 2:24 NF has that flow and if this is Eminems way in responding back that’d be dope. But at the same time Idk I’m just thinking if it is or might not be.

Dkrapartist taught me how to just cut the Instrumental buildup in remixes, so I can get alot more people who doesn't leave the remix before they hear me. It's a great tactic. Shoutout to Dk.

Many parts of this track reminded me of Campaign Speech, although much less disjointed -- It's like once in a while, his brain gets so crammed full of rhyming syllables, that he indeed literally just "empties his book of rhymes", he takes every scribbled line from the margins of his notebooks, and throws it into a song. The result seems a bit more abstract/freestyle, and there are some super cheesy punchlines in there; But the cadences and rhyming patterns towards the end are simply insane, he really has mastered the art of building tension.

Basically saying that anyone after Jordan or Eminem in their respective hustles are going to have to live up to their names. That's why anyone great is compared to Eminem in rap and Jordan in basketball. No one will ever escape that no matter if they don't even play the game the same or sound the same in their rhymes. People always get compared to the GOATs.

Funny I think the 2nd half of this song is some of my favorite eminem. The way he switches up cadence and flow. Listening to him talk about how he loves the first half, different strokes.
"I used to wonder where my next meal is gonna come from, now I just wonder where my next - mil (million) / meal (as in his next rap beef) - is gonna come from." It can be interpreted as a triple, but a lot reactors either miss or just don't elaborate on. No hate, just pointing out an observation.

This is one of his best fuck you songs. He's literally using the easy flows that other rappers do and styles and using it against them with ridiculous wordplay with several different meanings with like every word he says just to demonstrate how much better he is and that they are most definitely not even close to his level.
You know I don't totally blame the younger generations for not understanding or appreciating Eminem's current music. It's not that they're too young or dumb (although that is a factor for some) but it's really hard to understand what Eminem is feeling and saying without some life experience. I'm sure we've all been really good at something if not one of the best and there's always people around that undermined it and downplay how impressive it is and how good you are. Or even worse say that you're not as good as you used to be when you're clearly better. It's always easier for assholes to tear people down than to lift them up because it hurts their ego in some way. So it's easier on the ego to just dismiss somebody. It makes sense in this era of social media where narcissism seems to be more rampant or at the very least more noticeable than before.

People who CANT do what you do so hating is all they do. But I challenge you to simply be ABOVE all the hate and not let ANY of it effect your confidence or creativity. Start writing songs about OVERCOMING the haters no matter what, then flow into other topics. Pretty much what Em "the GOAT" has done his whole career. Thanks for the high quality vids 👌

I listened to this track/ reviews on this one more than any other Em song. It really grew on me.
First 4 bars were about Snoop Dogg talking shit. Snoop also has a song called UPS AND DOWN. That hinted the shot at Snoop.
