Lovely scenery though the valleys water soo inviting food mind blowing this one was epic. That is the wrong plates for hot food because plastic melts. I didn’t think that one chicken would be enough to feed all those people but it’s like it multiplied while it was cooking😂. Your food always looks so delicious. I really enjoy watching every time.❤

Colaz you doing double work with the pumpkin takari. You don't need to boil it first. Just burn the curry, add the pumpkin and cook it like any other curry dish. The water or your coconut milk will cook it. You crush the pumpkin as it cooks in the curry. When you boil it first, it looses all the nutrients. I'm advising as a Jamaican Indian. You can also make potato takari (curry Irish potato)

@@gennisparry4352 cut up the pumpkin in small pieces. Get your natural seasons cut up. Fry your garlic and Burn the curry then add your season ( skillion, onion, pepper, tomato), saute for a few minutes. Add the pumpkin, add enough water or coconut milk if you choose to cook the pumpkin. Add salt and black pepper. Crush some of the pumpkin to thicken the gravy to your preference. You can also add a Irish potato with the pumpkin or cook some shrimp and add to the pot when the gravy is coming down. Eat it with some fried dumplings. I usually have it with roti.

Peel the pumpkin Colaz, then boil and throw off the water once pumpkin is cooked. The pumpkin is not wasted by doing it like that. Also add some salt fish and you'll get the best tasting takari ever.
