@@mronkko Sir, I happen to be a university of vaasa student. I stumbled into your UA-cam channel and I was impressed especially with the econometrics stuff. I am looking for a specific course in python and R, that may or may not be amalgamated with econometrics/time series analysis stuff...... I know in JYU there is an applied time series analysis course and some demos occur using R programming for instance. Do you happen to plan to teach R/python in the upcoming UA-cam sessions :D ? I lack a bit of knowledge in coding and I do not know any English courses in Finland that can help me broaden my knowledge there. Thanks sir, keep it up ! Great job!
@@aboyinfinland9230 I do not use python, so for that part the answer is no. The answer for R is maybe: I do teach R with videos and plan to redo my materials this year. But this will be on a very basic level. For more advanced stuff, I think it is better to not give students video tutorials but to give them the software manual and then support their learning in person (or on Zoom). I do not produce materials specifically for the channel, but all the things that are here are something that I have needed for some other purpose.

You can read the course descriptions on the channel description page here: ua-cam.com/users/mronkkoabout I do take students from also other universities if space permits and I think I have had at least one student from Vaasa before. Because of technical reasons, I you must have a Finnish university user account. Whether I will teach online or in-person depends on the participants.
