Mazda CYLINDER HEAD GASKET DIY Initial talk through

Good evening everybody - Quick update on Mazda. So i managed to get engine out the other day with my brother. I have managed to get some bits out already As you can see engine is on the hoist I don't have an engine stand plus even if I would have it, it would be useless because we took engine out with the gearbox I'm not sure how the actual gearbox is connected to the flywheel because Fords have this stupid key in the middle and it's hard to line it up unless you've got the proper tool which I don't so we decided to just keep the engine with the gearbox so we took everything together so as you can see everything is everywhere, when I'll have more time I will try to get some sort of I don't know maybe a palette or something to place the engine on so that it's nice and secure and then I'll be able to start stripping it down. the two turbos here So I need to get the cylinder head off which looks complicated but I'm hoping it won't be. The biggest thing now is to remove the whole DPF I think all this gonna come off as one I was trying to take everything apart on the car and then I've realized that it wont be possible so I need to put everything together so like these hoses and stuff I need to put them back so yeah... I'll just give you a quick update on what's going on and yeah that's how small is the motor. This is how ports look like, they are terrible just disgusted I had to cut the belt the belt was old anyway so I'll get new one I'll take the cam cover off because obviously I have to get the chain. I had to remove the compressor, compressor was in the way. Now everything will be new oil filter all the filters I'll have a look how the chain looks like because it has 130,000 something like 130,000k on the clock so I'll have a look if the chain is worn obviously everything gonna be original from Mazda like the guides slides and whatever else but for now that's that's how we looks.That's how we look for now I'll keep updating you with my UA-cam shorts so if you SUBSCRIBED to my channel you will see them you will see my shorts and if you new here then obviously would be nice if you would SUBSCRIBE it's only one click for you and a lot for me so just subscribe comment if you go any questions ask and hopefully you like the video little intro sorry for my cough but I've got it for past month and cant get rid of it so I'll try to edit out :p thank you for watching I'll see you next time
