I am getting to be one of your biggest fans. Your tutorial is always concise and ever so teachable. Thanks, you have taught me so much and all of it super!
Wow, thank you so much Heidi! You can't imagine how happy you made me feel reading your comments. I really appreciate it so much. I've been through some rough times and comments like this helps cheer me up and motivates me more to create. Happy quilling to you! :)
What a nice idea !!....I will try it for my niece birthday of moana theme!!....it looks like a fern, helecho en spanish!!...beautiful job....love it,thank you for sharing.... ;)
Thank you so much Debbie! I really appreciate you watching my tutorials. I bought that double hair comb from the supermarket. It's not actually a standard quilling tool. I try to use whatever I can find to make quilling shapes with. You can also use the Quilling Husking Board to make those sprigs.
Now the trick is to find a comb or brush that is like that. I think those leaves are so cool. I wonder if there is a quilling store that would sell the comb/brush. Must check that out.
I bought the brush at a supermarket where they sell hair brushes and such for women. Because it is actually just a hair brush...not a standard quilling tool.
Would someone please let me know where to find a comb like the one used in the video? (I live in the US.) Thanks so very much, I would love to try this technique. : )

You can also make the sprig leaves using husking board if you can't find the comb.
Nice 👍

You're welcome...thank you for watching! :)
Nice video
What if I don't have that kind of brush or comb? What can I use?
I'm so sorry but I think you need that type of brush to make that quilling sprigs. No other option at the moment.
Thank you!
if I don't have this kind of comb so what I can use
Perhaps you can try the looping technique using pins instead.....stick the pins on a cork board and make the loops of the sprigs that way.

This can be done thru using husking tool
