When you let yourself go beyond the conventional dimension of experience; when you are able to listen beyond sounds, see outside of the colours and shapes that are around you, when you are able to feel things that are not said, a whole new and incredible world of understanding opens up.
The connectivity of everything becomes visible, audible, ‘feelable’. You can feel how to say something, you can feel how to listen, you can feel how to be understood, you can understand things beyond that which you can understand with words or through ‘normal’ experiences.
All around us all, all of the time is an extraordinary layer of connectivity and understanding. To describe it as a layer though, would be to suggest that around it, above it, below it is something other than it. And the truth is simply that there is nothing above or below it, because ‘it’ is actually everything.
What’s so amazing, is that it is possible to go through life not even knowing it is there. Yet when you have really experienced what it is, when you have seen the magical beauty of its connectivity, the endless thread that entwines itself to and through everything that is, you can’t possibly not notice it in every single thing.
And then, every thing, every moment changes, forever. ‘Normal’ experiences are no longer normal. The simplest thing can seem beyond extraordinary. A blade of grass, a tree blowing gently in the breeze, water, even air… all these things and actually every thing is transformed into a magical world of a new reality. The peace, the calming beauty within all of this is almost beyond explanation. It brings with it a smile that radiates pure joy.
