Hosted by Wayne Brady. One Contestant sings his way through the Money Tree, but can he make his way to One Million Dollars, or with Martha and the Vandellas cost him?
@MrLolmaomg: IKR?! If the late Brian Connolly, the lead singer of Sweet were alive by the time of this episode, I think he would've been proud of this guy right here! Because that performance was one of THE best performances on Don't Forget The Lyrics... ever!
OMG the way he nailed Ballroom Biitz. Wayne was straight up with him. That was the best performance. That shit was pro level. BTW, I hate that song. I like sweet, that was too punk, but his performance was flawless. Just pure respect.
@ElizabethBrendaLo I totally agree, I do like how they added a locking animation on the new version with Niecy Nash but they should have kept the blue mysterious color when they have the locking in animation
@@cutemimi25 just so you know, red is my favourite colour but it is the last colour I want to see on _Don't Forget the Lyrics_ , if you know what I mean :)
I do feel really bad for him with that last song, he was so damn close. I will say, though, that there is something that confuses me, and that is that before he picked Divas, he said that Shannon would be good with that category where Patti would be good with the Steve Miller Band, so he chooses Divas, and when he stalls out on the missing lyrics, he chooses……Patti????? I thought you said Shannon would be good for this category, why would you pick Patti? Don’t get me wrong, they were still damn close, and I’m at least glad he still won $25,000, not to mention how well of a contestant he was throughout the game, how fun he was, and how knowledgeable he was about his music, but still, that just threw me through a bit of a loop.
The Ballroom Blitz cover by Haas was exceptional. There was so much energy into the song where not many songs can match that juice.
These great retro songs bring back memories!!!
Thank you for uploading! This was a really good episode. That ballroom blitz performance was phenomenal!
You are welcome. Glad you enjoyed the Episode!

The blue color of the lyrics when they are locked in gives me a strong feeling of mystery
They changed it to yellow on the reboot with Niecy Nash
@@cutemimi25 I know. I don't welcome that change. I wish they would bring back that mysterious blue colour.

@ElizabethBrendaLo I know exactly what you mean, cuz if red shows up it means that lyric is wrong

I remember this, I was only 14 when I saw this. BTW I knew Dancing in the Street and is that "a" not "your".
Same here and I was only 12 and I knew Dancing in the Street cause of Recess School's out.
@@cutemimi25 Oh yes, I remember.
@freshprince374 I do too, and I Facepalmed when he changed the word "a" to "your"
