Sandhu Dal was created by late Flt Lt AJS Sandhu in Nov 71 in Deluxe Dhaba, near Ambala Railway station.
It was made with Dal Makhani, Bheja fry anf egg and eaten with Naan at about 1Am on a cold winter night.

Aaj ye bhukhmari par hain toh apnapan yaad aa raha hai, thoda sambhal jayenge toh fir se GAJVA, JAJBA par utar aayenge. Ab in par bharosa nahin hota. Let them be happy in their own boundaries.
