I'm not going back to weights in my senior years I have 6 Bullworkers as of now But I always preferred my first Bullworker I purchased back in 1977 Didnt have to change springs the compression was just right and a couple of inches shorter Which I may repurchase if I find a good one Nice seeing you back Machismo Roger & out! Excellent. I guess doing the lot once a week is enough. The other days can be devoted to other forms of exercise. It looks simple but it is strenuous.
