I love to watch things being accomplished on homesteads. I get annoyed watching videos that claim there getting something done. Your doing a fine job on the pen. At least everytime you need cash your not doing a live stream, I think those take advantage of vulnerable people with good intentions. Keep up the videos be blessed!

@@theresawheeler4566 FYI, he's not that young. In another video, it was stated that he's 35 this year. He's older than Bo, about same as Daniel and about year younger than Dutch. Age isn't the issue.

Make all comments from the channel your trying to build, Many don't always read the description but will click the name in the comments if they see it, I was a bit confused to find no vids on your channel at first.

Nice to see two Oklahoma guys didnt fall head over heals for texen boys. He does not get it is not about the money getting dollar for dollar value it is a deeper appreciation of people for the things they do. Jason is just a little Immature to understand. Hope the final outcome is worked out for the good.
I dropped Jason's channel. That's the second time I saw him running down another youtuber. Not cool! Plenty of others living off grid and making videos.

Brings back my childhood memories of that's how things were done back in the day.
My father's friend who worked for the town heard of some new homes that came up for sale and picked up my mother to go see them while my Dad was at work. They both shared one vehicle between them. While one was working, the other one had the car. My mother liked the house so much she signed on the dotted line before my father (Al) ever saw it based on what his friend (Ken) saw and said. Money was extremely tight and $5.00 went back and forth between them each payday. Ken was paid on Tuesday and Al was paid on Friday
Ken was getting some promotions at work and was trying to save for a down payment on a house. My father suggested. Instead of saving let's take that extra money and buy some building materials each eeek and start building you a house. They both worked on the house almost everyday and always on the weekends for a year to get Ken and his wife into their own home. No money or favors expected. That was true frienship and something that I fondly remember.

Hi there Lindy, I was trying to update you and for some reason you couldn’t get my message. I’m not use to Gmail. I’m in so much pain since my dear husband brought me back from the doctor. Well I had some more bad news when the Doctor was stabbing me for the nerve test. There is a pinched nerve in L5. I was having so much pain in the ankle and the Tendons I guess that pain was overriding the one in L5. I can try giving you my gmail again.

@@moreheadhomestead3025 May I suggest at least getting a tarp or piece of plywood over the opening until you get a new door because with all your rain, you're going to get keep having to get that rain water out. lol

New follower here, came over from another channel that I used to follow. I wont mention the name :) I watch youtube instead of TV because I enjoy learning and watching good honest folks as opposed to drama. Love what you did on the turkey pen. Is that netting all one piece or comes in rolls? We need to find some sort of solution over our chicken yard to prevent hawks. Headed over to check out the other channels you mentioned. Its great to see friends and neighbors coming together to help each other, thats how it is in my area and it makes for an awesome community.

Try the deer fence too. It's 7' x 50'. I get it at Menard's for about $12 a roll. I use it for the deer and also to keep birds of prey out of my pond. They steal all my fish.
@@jgjg3848 Thanks, We use deer fencing also to keep the deer out of the gardens. But for the chickens and ducks they have a huge fenced in area. Id love to have just one big net to cover their whole area. We have a total of 38 fowl so they need room to roam LOL
@@BigDreamsTinyBudget You're welcome. Have you tried bird netting? They come 50' x 50' on Amazon. Can always get more than one too. I have huge cranes that try to rob me of my fish everyday. lol

5-6 turkeys and yes it’s 24x24x6. I’m probably gonna throw a few laying hens in there also.
@@moreheadhomestead3025 it's been my experience you only want 1 tom in there. or if you have more you may need to separate them. Then again I only know about the breeds that I have.

His UA-cam shirt wasn't backward's in your video, so if it's backward's in his video he must be recording with a backward's camera. lol. Now to be serious, A lot of people that video with cellphones, video with the front-facing camera so they can see the screen, and those cameras flip everything so it's backwards. It's kinda weird to watch sometimes because if a person has like a tattoo on their right arm, it will be on their left arm in those videos. lol.
