Di do yoga aur 2 mahine strict diet me raho. Dekhna bohot zyada benefit dega. Gym se acha yoga start karo roj 1 hour❤❤❤ mera v 3 months pehele yehi motapa ke lie bohot royi thi. Fir akdam determined ho gayi ke nehi weight kam karna hai to hai. So I started doing yoga and strict diet maintain kia. I know how motapa feels and how pain I was having in my back and shoulders and legs. But now everything is alright❤❤
