Now, your speed of movement and evasion may well be excellent, and once again, I do not doubt that a fencing practitioner, or maybe even yourself, are an expert at this, but the lateral and circular movement of a Wing Chun person is all encompassing, and the ability to flank and defend/attack at the same time cannot be underestimated. If you wish to have an intelligent discussion about this, I am keen to learn more abut fencing, as it is something I have limited knowledge of.
