That's exactly what it does do, Roma, altho' sensitivities to chemicals like perfumes, etc, are more of an aftereffect due to the constant stress on the body from the undiscovered food sensitivities. What happens is simply that as the various food substances leak, they end up in the blood stream, where the immune system thinks they are foreign invaders and creates antibodies against them. And the stronger your immune system is, the more effectively it will do this. Also, when testing for sensitivities, it's good to look first at anything you eat frequently (except animal proteins), bc those foods will have the greatest likelihood of having leaked at some point. Yes, the apple sauce can be stored in the refrigerator. A good substitute would be Monk Fruit, Allulose, Stevia, Erythritol, depending on what you are using it for. I hope this helps.
what tests show the typ of leaky gut one would have? i did a GI map with high numbers that showed leaky gut with 3 types of overgrowth normal flora, and 3 types of bad bacteria overgrowth. my doc said to keep fasting and keep on a low carb/low lectin diet for 6months. he dident say anything more about what exact part was damaged or how to fix it
The best test is by Vibrant labs. It is far a head of other labs. The test name is the Wheat Zoomer . It looks at antibodies to markers from the gut from damaged cells, endotoxins and a marker called Zonulin but for antibodies from it. Zonulin is a marker for the tight junctions between the cells in the gut. They open and close controlling what gets into the blood. When that marker goes up the gates are open for larger molecules to get in and cause an immune response.
Only Zonulin, not anti bodies to Zonulin. I have used GI Map and also GI Effects and by far Vibrants tests are way ahead and 99% sensitivity and specify.
Not that I know of at this time. Gelatin Tannate is a collagen based animal derived substance. I am not aware of a plant based substitute. Thanks for your inquiry. There are multiple causes for leaky gut. Alcohol is a definite contributing factor. From my experience, I see from the tests that I perform, Gluten tends to have a major impact. It can not be digested by the human body. Red wine itself is not a cure.
@@activelifestylemedicalva9080 The question is what % of benefit has been left in this pill considering the thermo/pasteurization and freezing/drying procedures involved? Here are the following measurements on the Tegricel Colostrum: Immunoglobulin G 40% (min) Immunoglobulin A 0.5% (min) Sialic acid 30 mg/100g (min) Lactoferrin 300mg/100 g Transforming Growth Factor (TGF)-β2 The colostrum powder is pasteurized to the equivalent of at least 72 deg C, for a minimum of 15 seconds. A person who has histamine intolerance is because they have multiple food sensitivities. Not unusual with leaky gut ass many type foods enter the blood stream and cause an immune response. A valuable tool would be to do a food sensitivity test and remove those foods for 3-6 months then reintroduce once you have healed the gut. You may have a reduced production of Diamine Oxidase from the small intestine which you can get supplements for. This is not addressing the cause but can assist you until resolving the issue with the gut
No, you need to do the apple sauce as it elicits Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase which help soak up highly inflammatory Endotoxins from gram negative bacteria in your gut.
Thank you for answering my question I appreciate that. Just like to ask one more thing, does it matter what type of apple like Granny Smith or honey crisp?
No it doesn't. In fact, "abrasive foods" was a regular part of the diet of prehistoric man, bc veggies and even fruits in those days were much more fibrous than the genetically modified versions we eat today. And I suspect they even ate parts of animal bones, as well, especially if nicely charred. And that's also very fibrous. So it might be wise to avoid fiber while healing an already damaged gut, but it's highly doubtful the fiber played any part in getting you that way. No, leaky gut - and a myriad of other gut troubles - come from any number of combinations of: excessive sugars, especially refined sugars; gluten and other lectins in plant foods; high-oxalate plant foods; refined seed oils; chemical-laden processed foods; grains; pasteurized dairy; antibiotics; pesticides; food sensitivities (and then causes more of them), and anything else toxic to the delicate systems of the body. The membrane lining the gut is actually only approx 1 cell thick, after all. So it doesn't take a lot of any of these things to weaken and eventually damage it, but it's much trickier to heal it again.
That is not true unless you have a poor digestive ability. HCL in the stomach when proper is very acidic and breaks food down to soup. The digestive enzymes that are produced by the pancreas breaks down the food to molecules. How abrasive are they?
#1 - If you don't have a GI doc on the roster, visit your PCP. Have them order you the IGG IGA IGM Testing. It will tell you if you have Candida in your gut and if infection is ongoing and such. Basically just start there. What kind as well. If u do have a GI doc, the PCP will likely tell u to go there. Neither will know what they are doing and both will try to divert your attention else's they don't have to do what you need. So be prepared when you go to the appt. You need a prescription medication first and foremost. I'd go with Diflucan. Other things hurt than stomach with leak gut i get depression, painful/weak muscles, brain fog, wired but tired. Basically I have insomnia where I am anxious. I get white on my tongue sometimes and I get some foam in my poop at certain stages. I got my leaky gut from all of the antibiotics I took for the stubborn H. Pylori. Then sibo and imo. I never knew about yeast in ur stomach until I was told by my doctor.
The best way is a test for Vibrant Labs called a Wheat Zoomer. The best and most comprehensive test. Whenever I have a patient do the test I always have then do both that and a Gut Zoomer because that tells me specifics of the patient microbiome and how it needs to be fixed. activelifestyle.wellproz.com/patient/product/45859.
That is correct. You would make your own. Cut up the apple with the skin on in a little water and cook it until the skin is shiny. You can add cinnamon to it for flavor. This elicits a substance called Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase which helps bind endotoxins and reduce inflammation. A tablespoon a day.

Leaky gut can be improved with the use of L Glutamine as it is the most abundant amino acid needed for the Gut. The only thing is that you need to find the source of why it is happening. A lot of the comments I see project the reasons but everyone is different. Only 1 in 8 people even have a gut symptom yet have a leaky gut. Triphala will not hurt but again it is a bandaid until the source is found. Many of the cases that I have treated have a low Akkermansia Muciniphila bacterial count. That is an anaerobic bacteria that is extremely important for the gut lining. This can be found pendulumlife.com/discount/DRARNDT. This is the only place you can find it as it will die in an oxygen environment. I hope this helps.

Now, I do have a question : my condition triggers an intolerance to histamine and depending on what I eat I get severe allergic reactions, mostly fermented food (except kimchi) and drinks (like mate, kombutcha)…
I even react badly to bone broth!
Since fermented anything is a big part of the healing process, what should I do to restore my DAO enzyme capacity so that I can enjoy their properties again?
Would be grateful for some tipes 😘🙏
Could you also suggest a non harmful sugar substitite?
Can the apple sauce be stored in the fridge ?
Yes
Yes, the apple sauce can be stored in the refrigerator. A good substitute would be Monk Fruit, Allulose, Stevia, Erythritol, depending on what you are using it for. I hope this helps.
Just eliminate sugar from your diet. You're a grown man, why are you eating sugar?
what tests show the typ of leaky gut one would have?
i did a GI map with high numbers that showed leaky gut with 3 types of overgrowth normal flora, and 3 types of bad bacteria overgrowth.
my doc said to keep fasting and keep on a low carb/low lectin diet for 6months. he dident say anything more about what exact part was damaged or how to fix it
The best test is by Vibrant labs.
GI maps does have markers for zonulin…
Only Zonulin, not anti bodies to Zonulin. I have used GI Map and also GI Effects and by far Vibrants tests are way ahead and 99% sensitivity and specify.
I personally think it's pretty safe to assume you have it, even without any testing, and just eat to heal it.
@@cherylh4688 You can assume it but it doesn't give you a map to heal it.
I would like to do this but still avoiding animal products. Are there any alternatives to bone broth
Not that I know of at this time. Gelatin Tannate is a collagen based animal derived substance. I am not aware of a plant based substitute. Thanks for your inquiry. If you would like to discuss your situation I am more than willing to have a no charge virtual consult with you. Just call 703-444-4141.
Can intermittent fasting and throwing in a 1-2 water fast help ?
There is no evidence that a water fast or IF would help.
At the beginning was alcohol a cause of this but red wine is a cure?
There are multiple causes for leaky gut. Alcohol is a definite contributing factor. From my experience, I see from the tests that I perform, Gluten tends to have a major impact. It can not be digested by the human body. Red wine itself is not a cure.
Sir when soft foods are taken i feel ok but when hard foods like nutsetc i feel pain.

Where to find undamaged colostrum?
Where I recommend is Designs for Health. www.designsforhealth.com/ Code: CHARLESARNDT to get a discount and register.
@@activelifestylemedicalva9080 The question is what % of benefit has been left in this pill considering the thermo/pasteurization and freezing/drying procedures involved? I know that these procedures kill all of the enzymes, vitamins, and live cultures. Colostrum raw from the animal is 100% beneficial, but is there ANY benefit out of a heavily abused pill? Any evidence?
Here are the following measurements on the Tegricel Colostrum:
Immunoglobulin G 40% (min)
Immunoglobulin A 0.5% (min)
Sialic acid 30 mg/100g (min)
Lactoferrin 300mg/100 g
Transforming Growth Factor (TGF)-β2
The colostrum powder is pasteurized to the equivalent of at least 72 deg C, for a minimum of 15 seconds. The Tegricel Colostrum raw material ingredient is a 40% Immunoglobulin G and 0.5% Immunoglobulin A. The others listed are per 100 grams as listed previously. These concentrations are for the finished product in 2 capsules.
What I can do if I have histamine sensitivity because of leacky gut 😢what can I do. ?
A person who has histamine intolerance is because they have multiple food sensitivities. Not unusual with leaky gut ass many type foods enter the blood stream and cause an immune response. A valuable tool would be to do a food sensitivity test and remove those foods for 3-6 months then reintroduce once you have healed the gut. You may have a reduced production of Diamine Oxidase from the small intestine which you can get supplements for. This is not addressing the cause but can assist you until resolving the issue with the gut
Can i come to your office? I need help.
Hi Milena, you can setup a free call with me by calling 703-444-4141. We can have a virtual and I can get a better idea what is happening to you.
You forget one, that is L-Glutamine
That is true if you have damage to the actual cells it self. I will not resolve an open tight junction without cutting Gluten.
Can I just eat apples? Why must it be apple sauce?
No, you need to do the apple sauce as it elicits Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase which help soak up highly inflammatory Endotoxins from gram negative bacteria in your gut.
Thank you for answering my question I appreciate that. Just like to ask one more thing, does it matter what type of apple like Granny Smith or honey crisp?
@@Christopher1985er No it doesn't

LDN helps gut ??;
Yes if you have an auto-immune problem in the gut, such as anti-vinculin antibodies which slow the motility of your small intestine.
I have endometriosis
What can I do to assist you?
Leaky gut comes from abbrasive food and over eating . Eat less super rough food and intermittent fast ( 4.5 to 6 hours between meals )
@@activelifestylemedicalva9080 When I eat nuts, macadamia nuts in particular I think, I can see bits and pieces in my poop.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Dark chocolate has toxins like lead and cadmium?
Depends on where you get your chocolate.
@@activelifestylemedicalva9080
Ok!
Where can I get 100% organics coca chocolate with no added sugar that is lead and cadmium free? Thank you
Most of these options not good if you have histamine intolerance
If you have a histamine intolerance you can reduce those foods or add Diamine oxidase supplements.
HOW COVID HAS injured systems is needed study .
What about probiotic over grow ?
is that ok ?
How do you check what type of leaky gut.
What about just eating a 🍎 per day ?
That won't work. Must make the apple sauce.
So im guessing you didnt mean apple sauce from a jar...
But Apples is High foodmap ? My friend ended up in the hospital after waiting Apple last week
Were they cooked as explained?
@@sunshinejansen85 Hi, did he end up in hospital by eating a sort of apple sauce? How can that be? Aren’t they just apples? Thx for answering 🙏

Can l glutamine heal leaky gut, is it safe, if yes then how to take it? And can triphala help leaky gut?? Please reply.
