If you're regularly consuming nutrient deficient food, drink alcohol regularly, don't exercise a lot, don't live a healthy lifestyle...you most likely don't have a high level of awareness of your mental state. Get yourself healthy. Get your mind right. Then look to add things like this product to your regime. Stop looking for a "cure-all". This isn't a drug, its a supplement for those already living a high level life with a high level of awareness.

This week i have done some testing on the human benchmark and on the verbal memory thing i got around 20-30 words before. Try pranayam yoga guys. I have been doing it for 4 days. It clears your mind. Brings you to the present..mind feels way more relaxed and aware. The lights seem to get brighter after doing it. I had trouble sleeping so I took one day off and I jump back on it and I had a lesser response to it. Then the reverse happened instead of keeping up. It been giving me deep sleeps. But don’t know how long that would last. Try it out for your self you might have a different experience.
Get the apnea addressed first before you supplement anything. It's a silent killer worse than diabetes or anything you could name. Not to say the nootropics don't work but sleep apnea is such a heavy detriment you wouldn't even believe.

I usually think that things like this is bullshit but i tested mine for the first time today and i can 100% feel a difference. This week i have done some testing on the human benchmark and on the verbal memory thing i got around 20-30 words before. Today a few hours after taking 1 pill i did the test and got a score of 98 words. Fucking insane. Could be a coincidence but what are the odds that i magically score that much more for no reason? I almost feel like i'm on meth or something.

I had been told it might give you lucid dreams and the first time I took it later that night I actually had one. It was pretty intense where I had to stop someone from breaking in then tackled the dude and shot him with his own gun no joke it was crazy. I wanted to see if anyone on the comments took alpha brain but most of the comments are smart asses 😂
I just took it for the first time today and took two a couple hours before bed. My dreams were very lucid but scary too. Not very enjoyable but I was definitely in hardcore REM sleep which I normally have a hard time getting.

@@IZA-611 I'm gonna take mine early in the day this time. I think the later you take it the worse it is for your dreams. I don't work out till mid-day usually so if I did that it would probably still screw with my dreams. It's nice to get a deep sleep but I don't like those crazy dreams. It proves it's definitely not a bunk product though. It's definitely having an effect.

My dreams have been absolutely wild and awesome...I woke up today and was seriously wondering if my dream happened in real life it was interesting.
I got my order, took two at six in morning I was speeding through the day talking And on point with every action. Got home, get in a good workout and still had that same energy when I went to bed. I couldn’t even fall sleep and when I finally fell sleep it was almost time for me to wake up. Took the supplement again, it help me get out of my morning briefing but I started to crash until I drink my coffee. I‘ll try to take it again in morning but hope it levels out and balances with my sleep. I do have sleep apnea so that might play roll also or I might have ditch the supplement altogether.

I had trouble sleeping so I took one day off and I jump back on it and I had a lesser response to it. Then the reverse happened instead of keeping up. It been giving me deep sleeps. But don’t know how long that would last. Try it out for your self you might have a different experience.
Get the apnea addressed first before you supplement anything. It's a silent killer worse than diabetes or anything you could name.
Not to say the nootropics don't work but sleep apnea is such a heavy detriment you wouldn't even believe.

I bought 2 bottles online..37ish each with 30 capsules in each.. I then found them at Walmart for 34 with 60 capsules each! So I bought 2 of them
