It must have been made either between January to June 1970, or February 1974 to March 1976 as Harold Wilson is there, and that was the times in the 70s when he was in power. Interesting time capsule. I wonder how many of those mall businesses in the Lnes survive in 2024?
Slightly more refined back then I would say. Very clean and tidy no homeless sleeping rough in the parks, no drugs or junkies or drunk people wandering the streets .
