I am so glad for this read aloud! I am disappointed, though, about the stereotypical music from France for the Quebec portion. Quebec's culture is distinct. That kind of café music is not at all representative of Quebec, and to have it evokes images of the Eiffel Tower, berets, baguettes, and pantomimes. Homogenization of cultures is something that, as educators, we should be avoiding.
