I would love to go back in time and hear a real castrata. Regardless of castration, talent is talent. The breath control to me is the most impressive.

No deja de impresionarme la voz y el registro que logra alcanzar el tenor moreno, el doble de Farinelli; por momentos me marea con ese virtuosismo vocálico, es excelente, no en vano fue seleccionado por el director o el productor para realizar ese trabajo dentro de la película.

Est-ce que la voix de DEREK Lee Ragin n’aurait pas suffit à elle toute seule? Il a une magnifique voix de soprano! Je crois que ce mixage de voix a été très critiqué par les puristes du baroque... d’ailleurs on ne sait pas exactement quelle était la voix de Farinelli.

Soupir.....Quand je pense que de nos jours Fagioli aurait pu chanter avec sa vraie voix de virtuose sans faire tout ce cinéma.....
What's interesting is for the movie they had to combine two separate voices to get the highs and lows, and yet Jaroussky can nail these pieces by himself better than both of them put together.. Jaroussky singing Cara Sposa is better even than the movie version.
