Has anyone ever told you that you look like Ammon McNeilly ? Crazy to think of the endless A4 and A5 bigwalls, the two near death base jumps, which one ripped his foot off... After all that... he meets his end by accidentally falling off a cliff outside of Moab while mundanly enjoying the scenery with some friends... I too use to climb profusely many years ago, spent a decade and half going full speed... But them days are behind me now, and am glad I can enjoy the memories... But yeah you look like Ammon... Great review, thank you. I own the TH20 Pro and I have the CW version. I like the light very much. I prefer to operate it on 14500 batteries which leads me to my only con is that there is no battery indicator on the the light itself. I look forward to your reviews.
I wish i had a UA-cam personality so i could get lights to review, but im not very entertaining lol, i do better expressing myself in text chat I got the sofrin hs41 headlamp, i like it because it takes a 21700, gives me like over 500 lumens from 4 leds for 4 hours, i cant see that 14500 lasting too long or being very bright, the hs41 goes to 1500 lumens on high and 4000 lumens in turbo, but they seem to step down LOWER than medium quite quickly, so its quirky in the sense you step down to medium from high, amd it gets BRIGHTER lol Some people dont like the 21700 headlamps though, and think they shoudlnt be bigger than a 18650 size, but i dont have any issues
I bought that light. The manufacturer claims output of 1010 lumens. If it actually produces 1010 lumens, I'll eat it. Mine was marginally brighter than my ancient Petzl Tikka 2 headlamp, rated at 70 lumens. Charitably, it might be a couple hundred lumen. On turbo mode, it's bright-ish, but how long does that last? TWO minutes, before it steps back down to mediocre brightness. The user interface made no sense to me, and it wasn't reliable. At times the light wouldn't come on at all. What a waste. I sent it back to Amazon.
I like thrunite, I have a th10v2 that quit working, wonder if they'd fix it, bee. Sitting in the cupboard few years. Now I'm using armytek wizard C2 Nichia 4500k it's such a quality piece to hold I like it. Wish I had that little thing instead of my acebeam but the acebeam was only 20 bucks, I want the Cyansky H65R, i think it would be a so versatile
