- With Inkborn Fables coming to the Convergence, we got to see some brand new and exciting portals. But a few of the already established ones have remained as well! Some of them tend to be tame and only influence the game to a certain degree. But others can completely change the course of the game. A couple of months ago, I covered the, at the time, brand new portal called "Crab Rave". As it turns out, based on how popular this video was, it seems like tons of players struggle with the crab encounter. My video certainly achieved the goal of helping players win against the Monster Crab, but that was in Remix Rumble. All of those units are now gone, so we have to find the solution yet again in set 11!

Hey mort, have you seen the new Leduck video?
Did you know that getting bigger makes you workout with Sett ?
BiS Drop Blossom Neeko 3 with Mythic and/or Heavenly active (esp the defensive stats) has given me good success! Something like BT/Archangels/defensive item (Titans/Gargs/Adaptive/etc).
Reroll Riven with Innervating Locket + Blue Buff + GS/Titan [8 Bruiser + 3 Altruist + Well Fed] is surprisingly good for eliminating crab rave with the help of Sett Encounter
Capped reroll setup with bis items and augments and healing can beat the crab... uh huh...

I have a question mr. duck and I don't know where to ask apart from here. when ornn / unstable treasure chest give out the item adaptive helm to a unit does the item select the effect based on starting position or the unit's current position on the board (e.g. what effect does it select when a backline unit walks up). thank you

The boss crab is so dumb. You can have 2 star 5 costs and occasionally lose.
It means u have no prep or plan to beat it
Hard, but not impossible.
Once you got the crab portal you need to prepare to face it.
@thaobigby if you play tft right you can't just force single target comps. Getting aoe comps puts you at a strange disadvantage.
@beanss987 your kidding right? 2 cost 5 costs can't overcome and you act like it's a preparation issue?
It's the worst thing in TFT. Why are you getting punished for playing an AOE comp like sage morgana, while the heavenly qiyanna comp gets a free pass? I would say that this set has way way too much AOE and not enough single target dmg. And the people that do single target dmg in most comps will have very low hp and will lose to crab rave.

You forgot to mention that working out with sett makes you bigger which makes the fight so much easier.
If you're playing Sage, 2nd rowing your carries fore the healing instead of the bonus ap can be helpful as well.
fated syndra is super easy, kinda reminds me of disco TF from last set with high sustain dmg and built in healing from the trait. As long as you pair sett for sustain a syndra 2 can easily solo + you have setts max hp dmg.
This used to be true, because the Sett Omnivamp was based of pre-mitigation damage and therefore healed everyone for crazy amounts. This was fixed and now it's WAY more difficult to win against the Crab with Fated.
Syndra herself reminds me of Ahri last set more. Both of them is single target damage, cast very fast(only 30 mana), and uses gunblade very well.
@@leduck ahh i didnt know, I havent played much fated since the nerf and none on crab rave. Good to now for if fayed comes back into meta.

IE was never bugged, the bug was only when she surpassed 100crit rate

The higher your crit rate is the lower the crit dmg even if you havent reach 100+% crit rate to increase crit dmg
When I was playing choncc treasure mode, while the opponent had Hwei 3 stars, But hwei came out to the my store so I was able to take Hway 2 stars. I know that the number of tft 5 cost units is 9. Can you help me investigate what kind of bug this is? The reason for the bug I suspect is that when rerolling on the opponent's field, the pieces are not recognized the unit copied by the opponent to Hway are not included in the store unit.
Maybe he made some extra copies by painting or golden duplicator

Do you know what's the most disgusting way to beat krabby? I've tried 3 star Tahm Kench with augment heavy hitter, mythic emblem, and the one that give you artifact. Forbiden idol, dragon claw, and talisman of ascension on Kench. 10 mythic active and 2/4 bruiser active i kinda forgot (i think it's only 2 since i remember i also active altruist 3). Trust me, 30K health tahm kench is DISGUSTING, ane with heavy hitter, he smash krabby like hell it's nothing nu uh
Bro 10 mythic is 1 in 240 games 😂
@@mohamedalhendi844 10 mythic is not neccesarily important in tahm kench build, he can play 6 bruiser which also equally good. Also, nowadays hiting 10 storyweaver, mythic, 9 umbral, 8 ghostly duelist etc is fairly easy in choncc treasure mode. Like maybe you'll hit about 1 in 10-15 games. Also, that's just my experience of how broken that tahm kench is. Do you think people will hit idol and talisman everytime they play tahm kench and pick an artifact? No way.

you forgot to mention radiant item like demon slayer also help a lot against the crab although it's quite obvious
How many custom games you need to obtain for such a high quality clip?
does morgana's skill damage stacks when she overrides one skill with another on the same tiles?
Umbral 6 execute with a sylas sustaining is the only time I've beat it
shen with shen augment and 2 guinsoo can beat it too (need a healing item)

hi leduck i had a question that i thought you were the right person to turn to, do you know if annie gets hp from extra gained ap from her active ability after it gets cast or no with items like crownguard (i think she probably casts before shield breaks in some situations), archangels, etc, (kind of like how it was bad for gnar i think in set 10 with transform locked hp until i think they changed it)
Transformation abilities like Annie (or Gnar in older Sets) are usually based around a Snapshot system, so they only take the AP at the time of the cast and additional AP afterwards doesn't matter for bonus HP.
