What makes Pan special is just not his swimming abilities, but his patriotism to the Chinese people and nation and his sportsmanship that others in this sport will be faster and beat his record truly an Olympian that embraces the Olympic motto of Citius-Altius-Fortius !
Pan Zhanle'a trajectory to the triumph in Paris is a telling example that epitomizes China's superiority in sprint swimming specifically and sport arena, in general. Kudos to G.O.A.T. PAN.
Suprised people r thinking this guy suddenly came out of no where and started the dumbass accusations. Hopefully this video shows that it still took time and u can see the progression...
I agree. The thing is, racists don't give a crap because Pan is chinese. There are literally proofs that he had been performing very well in the past 2 years.
Thanks for commenting! I feel the exact same way about it. People have been so obsessed with the other rising stars that Pan was left a bit under the radar. When he made improvements that really seemed reasonable, everybody got fussed up about it even though the progression was perfectly normal. Glad that some people understand how improvement in swimming works, and aren't just blatantly accusing him of doping.
Someone from Australia who studied swimming for thirty years obviously did not study Pan close enough. Maybe he should start now and do it for the next ten years.
You are mistaken...These swimmers were tested positive to a banned substance before the Tokyo Olympics. But according to WADA, only minimal amounts were found. CHINADA’s version was that a mass contamination occurred in “sink drains, spice containers and cooktop vents in the kitchen of a hotel in the city of Shijiazhuang” during a team camp. 回复
Tested positive doesn’t equal caught doping. It could be contaminated cases by outer factors in terms of tested positive as well as the swimmers could be exempted from “testing positive” due to those conditions. You are probably obsessed with manipulating public opinions by using misleading statement such as “caught doping”, but it also could be a boomerang to whom you are trying to benefit to. Since almost all freestyle swimmers are studying Pan’s skills right now, it is wise for you to catch up on the mainstream.

Thank you Pan Zhanle, for showing the dark side of Australians, Europeans and especially North Americans, sportsmanship is something they never had.

Was this the event where 23 Chinese swimmers were caught doping?
