Filipino Reactor. Keeping it real and natural.
I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living in Cebu City, Philippines. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. In fact I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion sometimes where I am truly based.
I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree and I am currently working as a Project Control Engineer.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my UA-cam Channel and my full-time job as an engineer. I was also a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers and we actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011. I was also the Glee Club President and the singing trainer for various competitions when I was in the university which was a humbling experience for me.
Ever since, I started watching television as a kid, I realized that I enjoy analyzing and commenting on things related to singing performances. I believe this was the foundation of my interest towards making a reaction channel.
I am a self-motivated, and a disciplined soul. I am always keen to up-skill myself by learning new things whenever I get a chance.
My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on being sensitive to the beauty of vocal embellishments, be it major or very subtle.
Most importantly, I keep my reactions real and natural.

Kambing-goat etc.
And same meaning but sound a bit different like

😥 I cried too at the last part of this video😭. It reminds of my late father. I was taking my exam at time he passed away😭. My paper was wet while I tried to continue writing. I remember his last words "adek you must pass your exam k"... Run home to see him for the last time😭😭😭. Thank you for the reaction. This makes me sad😭😭😭. By the way, I love the man in this video. He always acts as a very bad man and how people hate him in his character that he act.

Actually Tagalog (Philippines) is one of Malays Archipelagos' languages. Some words might be similar to Malays languages found in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei . We called this as slangs, but since we divided to different countries we forgot that we all in same nation before .

10days before end ramadhan(fasting) all muslim busy to do preparation to celebrate Hari Raya. The father talk to himself "they already grow up, but then still need me to tell what to do. One day if i die i wonder what will happen"... This song likely to flash back when their father still alive with them... His daughter miss him(father). I know this feeling 😭

Summary of this clip.
Its actually a story about a single father(wife has already dead) with four daughters. In summary, it shows they do a preparation to celebrate (eid) festival for Muslims after 1 month fasting. In this clip, it shows a father wants to interact with all of his daughters but they keep busy with the preparattion, phones and etc. While they want to eat also they keep busy with their phones. Time after time, the father had passed away. All four daughters didnt have chance to celebrate the eid this year with their father anymore. Lesson learned : Always appreciate your loving one while they still with u.

Nephi and akii... my suggestion to u guys is, why dont u guys learn Bahasa Melayu or Malay Language step by step. Make it as your new hobby, it really fun and the benefits will goes to u as well.
