H.E. Ling Rinpoche is Chief Guest at Tibetan Children's Village's 64th Anniversary Celebrations

On October 24th, H.E. Ling Rinpoche was Chief Guest at the Concluding Ceremony for the Tibetan Children's Village's (TCV) 64th Anniversary Celebrations and inauguration of the new TCV Hospital.
Rinpoche also gave a talk and graced the 7th Inter-TCV School Athletic Meeting where he presented awards to the final winners.
