I am from Kolkata and am 75 Years old ! In my younger age, Puchka used to be my favourite as street food ! Now at old age, we prepare Puchka’s at home and everybody relish the snack !
No gloves! Are the people blind? They'll get stomach infection! People have become very lazy, they can prepare this at home instead of buying such snacks full of germs!
Honestly those who sell fuchka on barrackpore station are the worst ones, in my personal opinion I don't find it tasty and hygienic. Guys try to make fuchka on your own at home or I hv suggestion try fuchka in front of jayanti cinema hall he makes the best fuchka and dahi & meetha fuchka,ghugni too.... it's literally mouth watering.
Batasa khilane ta tarika dekhiye usi me hath dhul raha hai or bina glufs ke usi pani me hath dubakar batasa khilaya ja raha hai or log maje se kha rahe hai.
