Believe it or not, in New Orleans back in the 90's, if you were picked up for murder and they weren't able to indict you in 60 days or less, you were let go and could not be charged retroactively for the murder.

Subhanallah, this is so surreal for me right now. I was having this same type of issue a couple of hours ago. I remembered a few situations where I was wronged and the anger just got a hold of me and I started thinking really bad thoughts. Something told me to go pray and afterwards I just calmed down and my perspective really changed, where I started to see how ridiculous I was being over something that was really trivial and inconsequential.

But I can concur to labeling a man good or evil based on the amount, type, and percentage of good or evil they do as well as when they did it and the reasons for it.
