Also bear in mind there is a lot of compliance and ofsted inspections into your workspace [HOME], and you are expected to provide childcare to parents throughout mon-fri and in many cases you will be expected to provide summer schools while parents work.

Is there a middle ground between doing all of the training and communication with Ofsted directly vs. Going to a childcare provider/agent? E.g. an online course that preps you but they don’t take a cut of your income.
There is something weird about this and scary. Like anybody can take care of children. What is this opening the floodgates for? Potential abuse across the board.
How did you work that one out? Explain how there is a floodgate opening for abuse?? You think they willy nilly allow people to take care of children? Please don't scare monger for nothing, especially when you don't know any of the procedures.
